Conclusion

Upon engagement, Exel Infragroup met with Alpine Shire representatives to confirm their organisation’s requirements. It was determined that the Delta MAX Smart unit catered for their needs, as Alpine Shire wanted to collect usage data that communicated back to their sever equipment.

Referring to both the Australian Construction Standards and Delta Installation Specifications, Exel were able to produce a practical design that would allow our installers to deliver a high quality design that met the customers expectations.

To confirm our assumptions on the Delta product, Exel management met with Delta Business Development Manager – Kal Gwalani. Kal provided Exel Infragroup with a great insight into the software associated with the MAX Smart unit while offering his ongoing support if needed.

Exel Group installers were able to complete the end to end project 3 week ahead of schedule, which was a positive result for the customer.

Exel will continue the relationship with Alpine Shire in any technical assistance they may need as their fleet looks to expand.

Overall, the project was deemed a success with all stakeholders involved communicating positive feedback.
